Lead Crowd TD: Visionary VFX Team Lead (Hybrid)

Industrial Light & Magic in London is seeking a Lead Crowd TD to drive creative and technical direction for crowd sequences in high-end productions. You will mentor artists, solve production roadblocks, and evolve crowd tools and workflows while leading a sequence or show.

You will guide show setup, collaborate with upstream departments, and ensure deadlines are met. Strong leadership, Houdini for crowds, and scripting skills are essential for this role in a hybrid work model.
