To lead or participate in project teams to develop and implement solutions/products according to client requirements within specified timeframes and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop new tools based on client requirements, or customize existing tools.
- Lead technical design, ensuring alignment with business needs, industry standards, and best practices, including configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations.
- Prepare capability presentations, assessments, and proposals.
- Coordinate project management activities such as creating project plans, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
- Support the professional growth of team members through training and mentorship.
