Lead Consultant (SAP S4/Hana Public Cloud) - Market rate inside ir35 - 3 months+
Hybrid: 2 days a week in Nottingham.
My client is a global leading IT consultancy. They are on the hunt for a SAP S4/Hana Finance professional with hands on experience in the following -
- Strong experience as an SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant, including Lead role experience
- Proven delivery experience on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations
- Deep functional knowledge of core Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C)
- Strong understanding of Fit-to-Standard and SAP Best Practices
- Experience leading workshops with business stakeholders
- Ability to manage teams and workstreams in a structured delivery environment
- SAP Activate methodology experience
- Experience running SAP projects using SAP ALM tools (SAP Cloud ALM and/or SAP Solution Manager)
- Strong understanding of ALM-supported processes across:
- Fit-to-Standard
- Build and configuration
- Testing (SIT/UAT)
- Defect and release management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
- Experience working with UK Local Government or Public Sector organisations
- Understanding of Local Government finance processes, controls, and reporting requirements
- Experience working in regulated or audit-driven environments
- Integration knowledge with other SAP modules or third-party systems
- Experience supporting data migration and finance cutover
- Prior consulting or system integrator background
Certifications
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification (essential or highly desirable)
- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification (highly desirable)
