Lead Consultant: Health & Local Government Transformation

Newtonimpact is seeking a Lead Consultant to drive public sector transformation programmes, delivering value of around £2m per client. You will design solutions, set KPIs and lead a small team to deliver measurable outcomes on site with clients.

You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, manage risks, align governance, and coach teams for continuous improvement across health, local government and central government programmes.
