Lead Clinical Safety Officer - Digital Health Risk Governance

University Hospitals Tees is seeking a Lead Clinical Safety Officer to lead and develop clinical safety governance across the Trust, ensuring digital systems and transformations protect patient safety and support high-quality care.

You will provide expert leadership on clinical risk management, working with CCIO, clinicians, digital teams and suppliers to assure safe adoption of digital health technologies across one of the region's largest transformation programmes.
