Travel Partnerships and Advertising helps partners, including hotels, airlines, destination marketing organizations (DMOs) and more, deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences. We drive growth for our partners and the Expedia Group marketplace through competitive supply, our leading advertising and travel media network and affiliate solutions.

Expedia Group Advertising is hiring a Lead Client Success Manager to manage strategic advertising accounts across EMEA. This role is responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, partnering closely with Sales and clients to deliver data-driven, high-impact advertising solutions. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, drive campaign performance and optimisation, and contribute to team development through mentoring and project leadership.
Success in this role requires deep experience in the Middle East market, strong expertise in digital advertising, and exceptional project management skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and communicates effectively across global teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with Sales, clients, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaign creative and production strategies.

  • Advise clients using Expedia data, industry trends, and competitive insights to optimize campaign outcomes.

  • Coordinate campaign production with preferred vendors and ensure timely launches and performance monitoring.

  • Manage inventory reservations, creative scheduling, and troubleshoot production or billing issues.

  • Lead post-sale optimization efforts and deliver performance insights in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Host client calls to review campaign results and maintain high service standards.

  • Drive operational efficiency through team projects and support onboarding of new team members.

  • Assist leadership with reporting, approvals, and policy exceptions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in the Middle East region is essential.

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 4+ years in advertising or marketing, with strong digital media expertise.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Google Ad Manager, and Tableau preferred.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines.

  • Experience in global, multicultural environments and working closely with sales teams.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
