Lead, Children's Social Care Transformation (Hybrid)

Sellick Partnership is assisting Surrey County Council in recruiting an Interim Programme Lead to drive a high-profile transformation across Children's Social Care, Early Help and the wider directorate.

The role reports to the Assistant Director of Transformation and leads Programme, Transformation and Project Managers to embed sustainable improvement, align with council priorities and deliver outcomes for children and families.
