About the role:

We have a great team of analysts who are experts in using the platform and in addressing R&D and Innovation questions, they work on delivering the benefits of our platform to clients in two main ways:

1. Managed services: We run technology and innovation projects for clients end-to-end levering our platform, and delivering valuable and actionable results in 3-6 weeks
2. User enablement: We train and coach our users (e.g., R&D Managers, Experts, IP Staff) to successfully use our platform to solve their questions and record time and quality

We are looking for a Lead Analyst who will be part of the Analyst team and take a major role in leading and delivering the Managed Services and User Enablement operations. More specifically a successful Lead Analyst will:

• Lead the delivery of multiple Managed Services projects incl. among others:
• Align on project scope with the client teams
• Define project approach and plan
• Lead the execution of the project ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results, you are responsible for a smooth process and great content
• Guide analysts through the process
• Manage client stakeholders expectations, questions, and value delivery
• Resolve risks, challenges, and bottlenecks
• Coordinate successful User Enablement e.g.,
• Oversee all client users are properly trained, and their skills are up to date
• Maximize users' level of engagement and satisfaction
• Ensure users are finding valuable use-cases to work on
• Capture users' feedback on points they like and points to improve
• Coach analysts of different background and seniority:
• Provide feedback and help analysts improve their analytical and consulting toolbox and skills incl. analysis, presentation written/verbal, project management, stakeholder management, account management, sales, etc.
• Deliver analyses and training for clients:
• Become an expert user in the platform to support clients yourself during coaching sessions and workshops, and offer 'hands-on' support during the execution of projects e.g., analysis, guidance, content development
• Support other teams with your knowledge e.g.,
• Input for product roadmap and new feature testing, development of marketing content and activities

About you:

We would love to chat if you:

• Have a minimum of 3 years professional experience within consulting or similar roles involving client-facing, analytical, and management/leadership skills
• Have experience managing client-facing projects of analytical nature
• Have ideally a technical or scientific degree, and feel comfortable addressing technology topics across domains with relative depth and speed
• Can navigate between complex technical details of a topic and their relevance to business logic, being able to drive to actionable results without getting lost in details
• Have a well developed 'consulting toolbox', particularly around problem-solving, communication (verbal and written), project management, and interpersonal skills
• Use GenAI solutions naturally to augment you in your work and daily activities
• Have an understanding of how key AI techniques work and what their use-cases are (e.g., LLMs, LRMs, RAG, Vector Search, Predictive Models) to leverage them in your analyses and explain them to clients
• Have an entrepreneurial, independent and results-driven mindset; you are open to feedback and flexible
• Are passionate about technological progress

Bonus points:

• Experience in R&D / Technology / Innovation strategy and management
• Experience with technology forecasting and adoption models
• Experience with patent data
