Lead Air Conditioning Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Lead Air Conditioning Engineer to join a fast-growing team.

You'll be the sole technical contact for key commercial contracts, delivering high-quality PPMs, reactive maintenance, and system upgrades across a variety of AC systems.

This role goes beyond the tools - you'll host client meetings, prepare reports and updates, and manage pricing/quotes. With planned progression opportunities, the goal is for you to step into a Contract Manager role within 18 months and lead your own team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and system upgrades

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned contracts

• Attend and lead client meetings

• Prepare technical reports and project updates

• Produce quotations and manage pricing for works

• Support on-call duties (details TBC)

• Salary: Up to £46,800 per annum (DOE)

• Holidays: 20 + 8 statutory, plus +2 after 2 years, with an option to purchase 3 additional days after probation

• Overtime: 1.5x and 2x (Sunday double time if Saturday worked)
