Lead AI Game Pipeline Engineer (Remote until 2026) Equity

TechTree in London seeks an experienced technical lead to own the end-to-end game generation pipeline. You'll drive intent extraction, template matching, model routing, asset retrieval, generation, validation and telemetry, pushing playability up while cutting generation cost at high volume.

You will run benchmarks, employ LLM-as-judge methods, and optimize economics such as tiered routing and caching. Strong prior success with runtime engines (Three.js/Phaser/Babylon) is essential.
