About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Law Enforcement Response Specialist to join a leading global technology organisation based in Dublin. This role sits within a fast-paced operational and legal support environment, focused on responding to law enforcement and regulatory data requests in line with legal frameworks and internal policies.

The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing sensitive requests, conducting legal and policy analysis, and ensuring accurate, compliant responses are delivered within strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, assess, and respond to law enforcement requests including e-Evidence, MLAT requests, and emergency disclosures in line with legal and internal policy requirements
• Conduct legal and policy analysis to validate requests and retrieve relevant data
• Draft clear, accurate, and professional responses to authorities and stakeholders
• Triage and prioritise requests based on urgency, risk, and sensitivity, escalating where appropriate
• Monitor request volumes, generate reports, and support ongoing process improvements
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and accuracy

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience within legal, paralegal, compliance, investigations, or law enforcement response environments is advantageous
• Familiarity with EU law (including GDPR and e-Evidence) and/or Irish law is highly desirable
• Fluency in English plus at least one additional EU language required (French or Polish preferred)
• Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential data
