Introduction

• Co-organisation of a smooth process in the lingerie area
• Responsible for guest laundry (declaring, processing and distributing)
• Ironing very high-quality materials (pillows, sofa covers, etc.)
• Management of in-house linen (table linen, bed linen)
• Uniform issue and quality control as well as washing and ironing of uniforms
• Careful and professional handling of machines and tools
• Implementation of hotel-specific quality standards
• Compliance with hygiene regulations
