Laundry Assistant

Job Description: Laundry Assistant at Shockerwick House Care Home, Lower Shockerwick, Bath BA1 7LL.

Contract: Permanent - Part Time. Hours: 25 hours per week. Salary: £13.30 to £14.30 per hour, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Always maintain high standards of laundry within the home.
• Wash, dry, iron and repair items of clothing as needed, ensuring residents look and feel great.
• Maintain linen stocks for day-to-day use and raise any issues to the Senior Housekeeper.

Qualifications / Key Skills

• Take pride in ensuring high standards of work and maintaining an organised environment.
• Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple requests at once.
• Capable of working with other teams to keep residents happy.
