Large Format Account Manager - West Midlands - up to £40k pa basic (depending on experience)

With a large recruitment drive, one of the West Midland's leading large format printers is taking on new staff to expand its team.

Everything from signage, wall coverings, glass manifestation, window graphics, exhibition graphics, displays, vehicle livery, hoardings you name it, they print it.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a print account manager with a background in POS and/or large format, along with estimating experience, to work with big-name brands and some of the country's most influential creative agencies.

Role Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to inbound customer requests for large graphics, signage and installation projects.
• Talking with customers over the phone to understand and establish their needs. Provide expert product knowledge and advice.
• Translating customer needs into accurate quotes at competitive margins.
• Following up on quotes to find out why they didn't proceed and report back to the sales team.
• Upselling to more profitable materials/products where appropriate.
• Booking confirmed jobs into production workflow with high attention to detail.
