AtkinsRéalis seeks a qualified Landscape Architect with 9+ years of on-site experience in stadium projects within the Mixed-use/Building/Infra sector. The ideal candidate will ensure construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

Technical Competencies:

• Degree qualified in landscaping, preferably with a professional affiliation or eligible for membership.
• Minimum 9+ years relevant experience in Landscape architecture.
• Experience in Architecture Site Supervision, documentation, and site implementation.
• Review and check all Landscape shop drawings, approve materials submittals & method statements submitted by the contractor, and provide solutions using SketchUp modeling. Conduct site coordination and inspections.
• Attend Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action promptly.
• Maintain records of daily site activities, including progress photos, for inspection purposes.
• Prepare Site Instructions (SIs) for work deficiencies and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) if needed, to address issues as they develop.

Behavioral Competencies:

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or lead a small team, creating designs suitable for the Middle East environment.
