Role -Landscape Architect Location - Kent Salary - £DOE
Our client, a multidisciplinary studio based in Kent has an exciting opportunity for a Landscape Architect to join their growing and innovative team. They work on a diverse range of projects, including urban regeneration, parks, green infrastructure, and public spaces, transforming cityscapes to designing beautiful, functional green spaces for communities. The Tunbridge Wells office is well-connected by both public transport and road. The town's railway station offers direct Southeastern services to London Charing Cross and London Bridge, with journey times of around 50 minutes, it is also easily accessible via the A21 and A26 roads, providing good connections to nearby towns and the M25 motorway. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support landscape design and planning projects from conception to completion
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies and prepare Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA)
- Develop concepts, masterplans, technical drawings, and visualisations that bring designs to life
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and a variety of teams to ensure project goals are met
- Ensure all designs and plans comply with planning regulations and industry standards
- Help with business development, including writing proposals and getting involved in new project opportunities
- A degree in Landscape Architecture
- Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or working towards it
- Experience in landscape planning and design
- Familiar with AutoCAD, Adobe creative Suite, SketchUp, and other design software
- A thorough understanding of UK planning laws and sustainability principles
