Position Details

• Reporting to: Land & Development Director
• Location: Wimbledon
• Package: OTE £35,000-£45,000 (comprising Base, Commission, and Allowance)
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm

Full clean UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Research land leads, contact clients, and arrange meetings.
• Network with existing and new development clients.
• Conduct viewings and sell development & investment sites.
• Manage your personal pipeline.
• Residential sales experience is desirable.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Be ambitious and self-motivated.
• Be financially driven.
