Labware LIMS - Engineers

RED now has a new contract opportunity for a LabWare Support Engineer to join one of our key partners for a major LabWare (CLS/CLIMS/PIMS) modernisation and operational support programme.

The initial contract will be for 6 months with a scope for extension.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be remote. Candidates must be able to work UK & EU hours.

Specific skills/experience required:

• 5+ years of experience supporting LabWare LIMS (configuration, templates, subroutines, workflows)
• 5-8 years overall experience in IT application support or LIMS engineering
• Strong experience with LabWare CLS, CLIMS, or PIMS (R&D analytical/stability workflows and/or clinical/pre-clinical environments)
• Hands-on experience with LabWare v7, LabWare v8, eLN, workflows, templates, and error resolution
• Strong expertise in SQL (Oracle) including investigation, log analysis and RCA
• Experience in GxP-validated environments and ITSM processes (incident, change, request, problem)
• Exposure to integrations: Citrix, Oracle DB, API workflows, LabWare Mobile, interfaces, Azure
• Monitoring & operational support experience: environment health checks, log review, automated ticketing (eg, ServiceNow/SNOW)
• Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to work with SMEs, product owners and global lab teams
• Able to join within 2-4 weeks from offer
