Job Description
Labourer (with Driving License)
Location: Bedlington
Rate: £16.84 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week
Start: Immediate
We are currently recruiting Labourers for a long-term social housing contract, working on bathroom strip-out projects.
Duties- Stripping out old bathrooms & Kitchens
- Assisting trades on site
- Removing and loading waste
- Keeping work areas clean and safe
- Working across occupied and void properties
- Valid CSCS card
- Full UK Driving License & Own transport (essential due to multiple site locations)
- Physically fit and reliable
- Experience on social housing or strip-out works preferred
- Good attitude and willingness to work
- £16.84 per hour
- 39 hours per week
- Weekly pay
