We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Semi Skilled Labourer to join our team on a large residential development in Stotfold. This is a long term opportunity for the right candidate, offering consistent work on a well established site.
Key Responsibilities- General labouring duties to support trades on site
- Assisting with pre plaster preparation
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Moving materials and equipment as required
- Supporting site teams to ensure work progresses efficiently
- Previous experience in general labouring, ideally on residential sites
- Understanding of pre plaster requirements is advantageous
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Long term, stable work on a large residential scheme
