In the context of strengthening our service, we are seeking a Laboratory Technician in Physics (M/F/D) at 100%.Your missions:He or she supports internal and external customers through the analyses carried out daily. He or she interprets them and communicates the results clearly and structurally. He or she plays a confirmed technical reference role and works autonomously on complex analyses, in-depth studies, and cross-cutting projects of high stakes for the company. As a solution bearer, he or she puts all their skills and know-how at the service of their activities.- Conduct complete analyses: metallographic cuts, mechanical tests, chemical analyses, and production-related checks.- Observe and analyze using optical and electron microscopy (SEM/EDX), including image and film processing.- Prepare chemical solutions, ensure the treatment of effluents, and conduct measurements by probing.- Manage complex analyses autonomously, interpret results, and propose suitable technical solutions.- Provide expert technical support and act as the technical reference for site projects (new processes, customer requirements, AIC).- Prepare and oversee projects for apprentices, offering them support/classes.- Create requests for quotes and place orders for laboratory supplies, and engage in various company projects (AIC, LEAN ).- Carry out tasks according to current procedures and standards.- Draft documents: reports, procedures, technical specifications.Requirements:- Strong technical autonomy- Ability to make impactful technical decisions- Capacity to prioritize and manage several complex subjects simultaneously- CFC in Laboratory Physics with an option or equivalent qualification- Good knowledge of French with professional proficiency in English (min.
