Laboratory Services Representative

Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands, Four Ashes, UK

Contract & Hours: 12-month fixed term contract, 22.5 hours per week. Required to work every Monday and Tuesday and every other Saturday and Sunday.

Salary: Pro Rata £15,517.63 per year.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders for NMR products, including ad hoc testing services.
• Complete all associated administration accurately and efficiently.
• Support and monitor the delivery of NMR services to ensure they are delivered correctly and on time.
• Handle customer enquiries relating to NMR laboratory testing services.
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Strong organisational skills and a self motivated approach to work.
• Ability to project a professional image to customers, colleagues and visitors.
