You'll take ownership of regulatory requirements, quality management systems, and laboratory governance, supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. Most importantly, you'll help us deliver exceptional, patient-centred care every single day. You'll lead by example - calmly, confidently, and competently, even under pressure. As part of the clinic's leadership team, you'll contribute to performance, service development, and strategic direction, using data and insights to drive improved outcomes. Your role won't just be about oversight; you'll also support complex clinical cases and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide guidance when it really counts. What we're looking for - A senior HCPC-registered embryologist, ideally with Laboratory Manager experience - A strong leader with proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams - A clear, confident communicator who builds trust and collaboration - Strong knowledge of quality management, regulatory compliance, and laboratory governance - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to best practice - A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation Why join Care Fertility?
