Job Description
Labelling Technician 
Interaction Recruitment are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented Asset Initialisation Technicians on a temporary basis to support our asset labelling project. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately initialising labels against products and applying them to designated cylinders within our high-volume production facilities. This is a critical role in ensuring accurate asset tracking and efficient operations.
Pay Rate: £14.28 Per Hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 Hours
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Grimsby
Contract: Temporary until December 2025
Job Summary- Accurate Label Initialisation: Utilise designated systems to precisely generate and initialise labels for assets, ensuring all information is correct.
- Correct Label Application: Apply labels to cylinders, following established procedures, paying close attention to placement and orientation.
- Label Legibility and Quality Assurance: Double-check all applied labels to guarantee they are clear, legible, and free from any errors or damage.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while performing labelling and initialisation tasks, including proper handling of equipment and materials.
- Efficiency and Productivity: Work efficiently and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast paced, high volume production environment to meet operational demands.
- Workplace Organisation: Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identify any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the labelling and initialisation process.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Be adaptable and flexible to accommodate changes in priorities, workloads, and project requirements.
- Quality Focus: Maintain a strong focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of the labelling and initialization process with appropriate solutions.
- Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment.
- Experience with labelling or inventory management.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Able to follow instructions and procedures.
- Good hand eye coordination.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic computer skills.
- Adheres to safety protocols.
