  • Maintain lab documentation, inventories, setup guides, and operational runbooks.
  • Follow defined standards for safety, security, change control, and lab access.
  • Work closely with engineering, platform, and infrastructure teams to support development and test requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of lab processes, tooling, and operational practices.
About You
  • Good practical understanding of server hardware, networking, cabling, and general infrastructure operations.
  • Familiarity with GPU-based systems or a strong interest in learning the operational requirements of next generation GPU infrastructure.
  • Hands on approach to troubleshooting hardware and infrastructure issues.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in physical environments and asset handling.
  • Ability to follow operational processes and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams.
  • Willingness to learn and use infrastructure automation, provisioning, and cluster management tooling.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux systems, networking concepts, and infrastructure operations would be beneficial.
  • A proactive and reliable approach to supporting shared technical environments.
  • Experience working in a lab, data centre, hardware operations, IT infrastructure, or similar hands on technical environment.
  • Experience installing and supporting server or networking equipment.
  • Experience with hardware diagnostics, replacements, and physical deployment activities.
  • Experience supporting development, test, or pre production environments is desirable.
  • Exposure to automation, provisioning tools, or infrastructure management workflows would be beneficial.
