L&D Specialist Hybrid UK Travel Growth & Training

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to shape the training landscape for a growing logistics leader. This permanent, full-time position offers between £37,000 and £40,000.

The role includes conducting Training Needs Analysis, designing blended learning experiences, and managing the annual appraisal cycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in L&D and operational sector awareness in logistics or manufacturing.

The working pattern is hybrid, with 3 days on site and 2 days from home.
