L&D Specialist: Design & Curate Impactful Learning Paths

Yeo Valley Farms (Production) Ltd is seeking a Learning Specialist to diagnose capability needs, design and curate high quality learning solutions across the business. You will partner with People Partners, Site Leaders and SMEs to ensure initiatives are strategically aligned and practically relevant for co owners.

The role focuses roughly 70% on design/content development and 30% on facilitation, supporting continuous improvement and a culture of co ownership across operations.
