L&D Coordinator for Training & Admin - 9-Month Contract

Superior Healthcare in Whitstable is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will coordinate training delivery, liaise with trainers, schedule sessions and prepare learning materials, while responding to training enquiries and upselling our offerings.

You will build relationships with the training team, HR and the wider business, maintain internal systems, and ensure timely administrative follow-up.
