KYC/CDD Team Lead - Hybrid, High-Impact Compliance

G MASS seeks a KYC/CDD Team Lead to manage a team responsible for KYC/CDD checks and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role combines hands on decision making with leadership across a high volume financial markets environment.

You will guide complex KYC/CDD cases, review analyst decisions, and drive quality control, governance and MI reporting for senior management. Hybrid work with 3 days in office and a 6 month contract term.
