Nexeo is looking for a KYC Corporate Advisor - Brussels


Join our team and support a major financial institution in strengthening its compliance operations.

About the Role:

As a KYC Corporate Advisor, you will act as a key liaison between clients, relationship managers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination of KYC activities within the Corporate Coverage division (Public Institutions, Financial Institutions, and Real Estate).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all KYC-related queries from both clients and relationship managers
  • Ensure day-to-day operational support and maintain control over KYC processes
  • Coordinate KYC activities across various internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion
  • Guarantee business continuity and a high level of client satisfaction

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in KYC operations
  • Prior experience in corporate or institutional banking is a strong asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and general familiarity with IT platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good level of English

Work Location & Flexibility:

  • Location: Brussels
  • Hybrid work model: 50% remote after initial training period
