Responsibilities

• Provide Kurdish Bahdini interpreting services for a variety of settings including:
• NHS hospitals and GP practices
• Social services and child protection
• Schools and educational settings
• Solicitor appointments and court hearings
• Housing and council departments
• Private sector consultations

Qualifications

• Fluency in Kurdish Bahdini and English
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply)
• Professional references and proof of ID and address
• Relevant experience, community interpreting qualification, DPSI or NRPSI registration is welcomed
