Job Title: KS2 Teaching Assistant Location: Wirral, Merseyside Employment Type: Part-time, Temporary

Vetro are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school on the Wirral. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive environment, supporting pupils' learning and development in line with the school's Christian ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting small groups of pupils in KS2 to enhance their learning and engagement.
• Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering lessons, particularly within the nurture classroom.
• Providing 1:1 support to pupils with SEND to ensure access to the curriculum and promote inclusion.
• Promoting high standards of achievement, pastoral care, and safeguarding in line with school policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Relevant experience supporting pupils with SEND.
• A strong commitment to inclusion, high standards, and safeguarding.
• Experience working with children in a school setting.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
