KS2 Lead Teacher (Sept 2026) - Full-Time, UPS3

Academics is seeking an experienced KS2 Teacher for a full-time, 1-year contract in Southend-on-Sea starting September 2026. The role requires strong KS2 expertise, excellent classroom management, and the ability to engage pupils with purposeful learning throughout the academic year.

You will take ownership of a KS2 classroom, build strong relationships with pupils and families, and work with colleagues to share best practices within a supportive team.
