KS1 Primary Teacher - Long-Term Opportunities

We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate KS1 Primary Teachers for long-term roles across multiple primary schools in the Newcastle and North Tyneside areas. These are full-time positions, Monday to Friday, typically from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with roles available starting ASAP.

Whether you're an Experienced Teacher or an ECT, this could be the perfect opportunity to secure a long-term position within supportive local schools.

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to deliver the National Curriculum across KS1
• A commitment to building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Ability to provide a safe and supportive learning environment
• Applications welcome from both Experienced Teachers and ECTs

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Teach and support pupils within KS1 classes across a range of welcoming primary schools
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that support pupil progression
• Mark work, provide feedback, and set appropriate homework tasks
• Support pupils with SEN and manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Follow and uphold each school's behaviour and safeguarding policies
