A Knowledge Manager is responsible for ensuring that organisational/project knowledge is accurately captured, maintained, shared, and continuously improved to support efficient service delivery and operational excellence.Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time Your roleOur Knowledge Managers can be expected to engage with the following responsibilities and activities:Management of existing knowledge documentsCreation & Management of new knowledge documentsPromotion of training of the knowledge management toolMonthly reporting of the knowledge management toolAccuracy and consistency of knowledgeIdentification of knowledge requirements/gapsYou will need to have flexiblity to work shift between 7am and 6pm, Mon-Fri.You can bring your whole self to work. You will also have:Good communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skillsAn understanding of ITIL processes and best practicesAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAble to interact with clients at all levelsCertification in ITIL V3/V4 Foundation - desirable.Your security clearance and pre-employment checksIf you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
