Knowledge Architect & SOP Training Lead (12-Month Contract)

Hilton Seafood is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to capture and optimise knowledge across the Seafood Business. The role focuses on creating, editing, storing and using knowledge to drive efficiency and quality. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will establish SOP standards, coordinate SOP reviews with departments, and coach teams to adopt the new knowledge format, ensuring accuracy and usability.
