Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie - Lead Prep & Mentor

Center Parcs group is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie at Whinfell Forest. In this full-time role, you will lead the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes while mentoring junior staff. You'll also manage stock and implement strategies to reduce waste.

This position offers a pay rate of £15.05 per hour, benefits including free day passes to leisure facilities, and opportunities for career development. The working hours include evenings and weekends, with a contract of a minimum of 150 hours every four weeks.
