KITCHEN PORTER - SHELBY & CO, BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT
Contract: Fixed term until end of October 2026
Pay: £12.85 per hour, with an incentive of £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing the rate to £14.05 per hour. Opportunity to earn extra tips and a service charge.
Hours: 3 am to 12 am, flexible across weekdays, weekends, bank holidays and public holidays.

About You- Enjoy a fast paced, team oriented environment.
- Take pride in keeping busy and maintaining high standards.
- Must have at least 5 years of references and a Criminal Record Check.
- Must be 18 years of age or over for certain tasks or shifts.
- Support chefs with basic prep and waste management.
- Keep kitchen areas clean, including dishes, surfaces and floors.
- Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
- Previous kitchen experience desirable but not required; full training provided.
