Kitchen Porter

As a Kitchen Porter, you support our chefs and front of house team to ensure everything operates seamlessly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping kitchen and food preparation areas clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times.
- Washing crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment to a high standard.
- Assisting with stock control, deliveries, and correct storage of supplies.
- Ensuring waste is managed safely and efficiently.
- Helping maintain beverage stations and supporting front of house when needed.
- Carrying out daily checks and reporting any faults or issues promptly.
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoys being part of a team.
- A positive, polite and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Level 2 Food Safety (or willingness to work towards).
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a catering/restaurant setting.
- Customer service or front of house experience.
- Basic IT experience.
