Kitchen Porter 
Rate of Pay / Hours: £12.80 per hour
Under 18's rate: £10.85 per hour
Type of Contract: Full time
Location: Hotel du Vin Brighton
Immediate Starts: available
Responsibilities- Sanitize kitchen and staff areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Assist the kitchen brigade in preparing a clean working environment.
- Ensure the kitchen is kept clean at all times.
- Manage the pot and plate wash areas effectively.
- Opportunity to learn the operations from the ground up and work with top-quality food and drink.
