Vitalé Café Bar serves Mediterranean style dishes and drinks in Aqua Sana Forest Spa.

Overview

We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Vitalé Café Bar team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

  • Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and work effectively as part of a team
  • Follow health, safety and food hygiene guidelines

Your working hours
  • Vitalé Café Bar is open 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm
  • Full time contract, with shifts falling between 8:30am and 8:30pm
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4 week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
