We're currently recruiting at The Granary Beefeater. Working 40 hours per week, paying up to £14.91 per hour.

Head Chef - The Granary Beefeater, Peterborough

Immediate start. Catering experience required.

PAY RATE: Up to £14.91 per hour

CONTRACT TYPE:

HOURS: 40 hours per week over 5 days - evenings and weekends included, guaranteed hours to plan your week around

LOCATION: The Granary Beefeater, Ham Lane, Orton Meadows, Nene Park, Peterborough, PE2 5UU

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage the kitchen team to prepare, cook and serve meals.
• Support Kitchen Manager in kitchen operations and staff development.
• Maintain high food quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory management and supply ordering.
• Deliver excellent guest service through food excellence.

Qualifications:

• Experience in catering or food service management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to plan and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
