Excel Aviation is recruiting on behalf of a Dublin Airport-based client for a Dedicated Key Account Manager (Embedded Talent Lead) to support a busy, fast-moving operation.
OverviewThis is a high-impact, client-facing role supporting a key a partnership within a fast-paced, operational aviation environment.
You will act as the primary relationship lead and single point of accountability for both account performance and recruitment delivery. The role blends key account management, stakeholder engagement, and embedded talent delivery, ensuring high service standards, audit-ready processes, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities Account & Stakeholder Management- Manage and develop strong relationships with client stakeholders
- Act as the main point of contact for all operational and commercial matters
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, ensuring alignment across teams
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client concerns
- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery in a high-volume, operational environment
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure efficient and consistent hiring processes
- Oversee onboarding from offer stage through to Day 1 (contracts, compliance, inductions)
- Drive contract performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor SLAs and ensure consistent delivery against agreed standards
- Track key metrics including time-to-hire, pipeline health, and fulfilment rates
- Support revenue growth and profitability with a strong focus on EBITDA
- Conduct regular performance reviews, site visits, and client presentations
- Maintain visibility across all client operational sites and stations
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices/automation
- Ensure all processes are audit-ready (DAA/IAA compliance standards)
- Provide regular reporting on performance metrics, risks, and forecasting
- Maintain accurate trackers and documentation for audit and compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, HR, compliance, and IT
- Minimum 5 years' experience in account management, recruitment, sales, or commercial roles
- Experience in aviation, catering, or complex operational environments (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially aware with strong analytical skills
- Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and self-motivated
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with ATS systems (e.g. Workable, Personio, Manatal) is an advantage
As a regulated entity within the aviation industry, all successful candidates must complete a 5-year background check and Garda Vetting as part of the onboarding process.
