Job Description

At 32Co, we're on a mission to revolutionise healthcare by empowering generalist clinicians to deliver specialist care to millions of people.

Imagine being able to go to your local healthcare professional, and get the quality of specialist healthcare normally reserved for Harley Street. 32Co is building the latest AI technology to make this a reality, starting in two multi-billion dollar markets.

With customer feedback at 4.98 out of 5 for the product, we need ambitious, creative sales people who do more than just sell, but want to use their skills to change lives.

We're already making our mark - recently featured by Tech.eu , where our CEO, Sonia Szamocki, spoke about how 32Co is redefining what's possible in dentistry and beyond. It's a powerful example of how our technology is raising the standard of care, without raising barriers to access.

Backed by Tier 1 investors from day one, Balderton Capital, investors behind Revolut, City Mapper, and Depop, we're rapidly expanding our operations across the UK and beyond.

With a proven model and strong traction, we have ambitious plans to expand into other healthcare verticals - bringing the same level of innovation and accessibility to new areas of medicine.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Key Account Manager to own and grow relationships with some of our most important customers. These high-value accounts are central to our continued growth, and you'll be instrumental in ensuring their success with 32Co.

This role goes beyond traditional account management - you'll become a trusted advisor, a problem-solver, and a strategic partner to our key customers. One important thing to note is that you'll be managing a large book ( accounts), so effective prioritisation will be vital. You'll be expected to deeply understand your accounts' needs, champion their experience internally, and drive retention, renewal, and expansion opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Account Ownership: Manage a portfolio of some of 32Co's most valuable customers, serving as the primary point of contact and advocate.
  • Retention & Renewal: Build trust and deliver consistent value to ensure long-term customer satisfaction, loyalty, and renewals.
  • Growth & Upsell: Identify expansion opportunities within accounts and work collaboratively with commercial and clinical teams to deliver them.
  • Customer Insight: Develop a deep understanding of each customer's practice, goals, and challenges. Use data and insight to inform proactive support and strategic guidance.
  • On-the-Ground Engagement: Regularly visit customer sites to strengthen relationships, troubleshoot in person, and deliver high-touch service.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with clinical, product, and operations teams to champion the voice of the customer and continuously improve our service.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track key metrics across accounts and communicate performance, risks, and opportunities clearly to internal stakeholders.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles - ideally in healthtech, though that's not a deal-breaker.
  • A natural relationship-builder with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and curious by nature - you seek to understand the "why" behind every customer goal, challenge, or decision.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a large and complex portfolio of accounts without missing a beat.
  • Comfortable working independently, taking full ownership of outcomes and driving projects forward.
  • Willing to travel regularly and confident meeting clients face-to-face.
  • Commercially savvy, with a clear understanding of how to balance exceptional customer experience with broader business objectives.
  • Able to commute to our London (Hoxton) office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical services environments.
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows or regulated industries.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and data-driven account planning.
Why join us
  • See your work translate into real-world impact - you'll have the chance to help change lives every day and meet the people whose care you're improving.
  • Competitive salary based on experience and uncapped commission potential, with regular performance reviews to ensure your compensation keeps pace with your impact.
  • Build the Future of HealthTech; we're tackling a multi-billion dollar challenge with real-world impact.
  • Founded by an ex-Oxford doctor and former BCG consultant, with a proven track record of creating the world's leading Haemophilia management app.
  • Join a company seed-funded by top VCs with a multicultural, ambitious, high calibre team.
  • Birthday day off - because no one should work on their birthday!
  • Team perks, including regular team lunches, quarterly socials and an annual retreat.
  • Flexible working arrangements, splitting time between home and our vibrant London office.
