Job Title: Key Account Manager Haematology/Oncology
Location: Norway

CK Group are recruiting for a Key Account Manager, to join a global biopharmaceutical company, specialising in Haematology and Oncology. This is a field-based position covering Norway.
Key Account Manager Role:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the sales potential of the Haematology/Oncology portfolio, with a focus on Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML). You will work closely with healthcare professionals, develop impactful business plans, and ensure that appropriate patients in Norway have access to vital therapies.

Key Account Manager Role:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the sales potential of the Haematology/Oncology portfolio, with a focus on Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML). Further Responsibilities will Include:
- Delivering sales and activity targets across key accounts.
- Building and executing cross-functional account plans.
- Organising educational meetings, peer-to-peer programs and webinars.
- Developing strong relationships with AML stakeholders and Haematology KOLs.
- Leading local business projects that drive patient value.
- Ensuring accurate CRM usage and reporting.
- Conducting business in line with compliance standards.
Your Background:
- Proven sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, ideally within Haematology or orphan diseases.
- Strong understanding of AML, Norwegian healthcare systems, and account planning.
- Life sciences degree or equivalent.
- Certified Pharma Consultant (LMI/LIF certification).
- Fluent in Norwegian and proficient in English.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Full driving licence and ability to travel extensively across the Nordics.
