To support this growth, we are seeking an ambitious and talented Key Account Manager (KAM) who is a native German speaker to join our team in Europe.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled sales professional with a proven track record of driving growth across a diverse customer base. You will be responsible for strategising and executing sales initiatives that not only consistently exceed individual targets but also make a strong impact on overall team revenue goals in a complex, multi-faceted technology ecosystem.

Reporting to the VP Commercial EMEA/APAC, you will take ownership of WebPros' most strategic partner accounts, primarily in DACH and surrounding regions. These are some of our most valuable yet demanding customers, requiring a proactive, consultative sales approach to navigate cross-platform and omni-channel opportunities. This is a high-profile position with significant exposure to C-level stakeholders, both internally and externally, driving stability, growth, and market expansion.

As part of the Key Account Management team, supported by Partner Success (Inside Sales), you will operate as a trusted advisor and growth driver. While this is an individual contributor role, it presents a clear pathway to leadership for high performers. Experience in new business development is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Excellence: Take ownership and accountability of all activities, driving revenue growth in the assigned customer group, managing both retention and cross- and up-sell across a varied product set.
  • Strategic Account Planning and Growth: Work with key customers to help them grow with WebPros, increasing their revenue potential and driving opportunities through meticulous planning and execution.
  • Market Expansion: Support WebPros' long-term sales strategy by proactively identifying growth opportunities in key markets.
  • Process and Expertise: Execute a structured, disciplined sales process, ensuring high-quality pipeline management and forecasting coupled with CRM hygiene.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at major clients.
  • Hosting Industry Expertise: Ideally, the KAM brings experience and contacts from the hosting, cloud, or internet infrastructure industry.
  • Commercial Excellence: Develop structured sales proposals and complex pricing models alongside negotiation excellence with C-level executives.
  • Autonomous Execution: Work with minimal guidance while bringing energy, initiative, and results to the sales team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Direct Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align sales efforts.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • 10+ years of sales experience in B2B technology sales and account management, with the ability to provide proven results.
  • Strong sales discipline, strategic thinking, and ability to operate proactively and independently.
  • Demonstrable experience managing high-value enterprise accounts of over $1m ARR, with negotiation skills from C-level down.
  • Fluent/native German and fluent English essential.
  • Experience in hosting, cloud, or internet infrastructure industries is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel as required (customer meetings, industry events).
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools, with a focus on timely and accurate reporting.
  • Competitive fixed salary + uncapped commission structure.
