The OpportunityWe're hiring aKey Account Executiveto join a high-performing commercial team in London.
This is aclient-facing, relationship-led rolewhere you'll work closely with a Key Account Director to manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment agency clients.
You'll be responsible forincreasing contractor volumes, strengthening relationships, and identifying cross-sell opportunities- all within a structured, KPI-driven environment.

- Acting as a key contact for clients alongside the KAD
- Regular outreach to consultants (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Identifying and executingcross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records and insights via CRM ()
- Attendingagency visits, events, and hospitality
- 2+ years' experience in the umbrella/payroll industry
- Strong understanding ofcontractor solutions (PAYE, Ltd, CIS)
- Confident communicator with arelationship-first mindset
- Experience working in atarget/KPI-driven environment
