Urban Gym Group is looking for a Junior/Medior Paid Social Specialist to help grow our brands and inspire more people to embrace movement through powerful, data-driven campaigns. As our Junior/Medior Paid Social Specialist, you'll work alongside experienced colleagues to scale and optimise Meta and TikTok ad campaigns. You'll contribute to campaign development, learn from a team of specialists, and gain the tools to grow within the company. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in paid social who's looking to take the next step in their marketing career - with plenty of room to learn and grow.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management and optimisation of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads to drive business growth
• Contribute to the development of paid social strategies, including creative testing and audience targeting
• Monitor campaign performance, spot trends, and support reporting and analysis
• Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging
• Stay up to date with platform updates and marketing trends

You

• 2 years of experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
• Experience with A/B testing and creative optimization
• Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
• Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize performance
• Ability to work with Google Analytics, Looker Studio and other reporting tools
• Creative mindset to collaborate on engaging ad content
