Junior Website Experience Manager - 6+ months - freelance

We are looking for a Junior Website Experience Manager to join a global healthcare client.
This role will focus on owning and optimising brand showcase websites to drive visibility, user engagement, and effective routing to points of sale. You will act as a digital expert, supporting brand teams with strategic direction while collaborating across design, CMS, SEO, and analytics functions to maximise website performance.
REQUIRED MUST-HAVE
- 2-4 years experience in digital marketing or digital strategy with hands-on website performance focus
- Solid SEO literacy and understanding of GEO (visibility in generative/LLM answers) and content-for-visibility strategy
- Strong data literacy with ability to interpret web analytics and translate insights into actionable priorities
- User-experience and business-impact mindset focused on awareness, discovery, and routing users to sales (not E-commerce conversion)
- Proven ability to collaborate across marketing, delivery, design, CMS, analytics, and agencies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English & French
PREFERRED NICE-TO-HAVE
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, CrazyEgg/Hotjar, A/B testing tools, and an enterprise or headless CMS
- Familiarity with retailer-redirection mechanics (Where to Buy, Price Spider or similar)
- Understanding of how media and paid campaigns drive website traffic
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards
- Experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries
Contract details:
- Start: ASAP
- Location: Neuilly-sur-Seine, Paris (hybrid)
- Duration: 4months + - till end of the year with extension
