We are looking for a Junior Trade Support Speacialist.



Main Tasks:



  • Ensure trades on all global markets are accurately allocated in trading and Middle Office systems
  • Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Follow up on pending trades
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and requests from different entities
  • Address client queries and requests efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain proper communication between clients and Back Office teams
  • Identify, assess, monitor, and control operational risks
  • Perform reconciliations between clients, market data, and back-office systems
  • Participate in projects and support internal system releases
  • Contribute to process improvements and business efficiency initiatives




Main Skills & Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in similar area
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of data management tools is a plus (Power Query, VBA, Python, etc.)
  • Proactive, motivated and willing to absorb new concepts
  • Ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations and environments
  • Responsiveness, accountability and adaptability
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (B2+).




Hybrid Role in Lisbon (first 3-4 months on-site)
